1. Tank Body Material is Q345R, Local Stress Analysis Design for Tank crust, it enhance the strength of the tank body, meanwhile reduce the weight, So the Medium weight is higher. The bumper rail material is Alloy, also reduce the weight.
2. The trailer is equipped with full of safety device: Static earth Chassis Frame, There is no static spark. The static belt is for the running static safety. Long distance Cut-off system is for cut the valves immediately when accident happened. Above the tank body, there is safety valves, when the liquid is over pressure, it can decompression automatically. The loading and unloading Valves is Emergency Cut-off Valves, when fire accident happened, the fusible plug melt, the valve is cut-off automatically. There is extinguisher.
3. Before producing, the steel plates will be Elemental analyzed and mechanical properties tested, it is qualified, then put into use. Per unit trailer, there is complete water pressure test. The welding material is the best brand in China, which also populated in the world.
4. Loading and unloading: Our tankers use catheter guided to the back end, the vestigital liquid is less.
5. The tank body is blasting handling, the steel panels is handled by natural gas painting equipments, resistance to corrosion is good. High light painting material is glossy and appearance is nice.
